Robert, i doubt that the man in my opening post is Buddy Walthers, the man in my outline appears to be taller and looks sturdier. His hat and suit is also different. below two frames of unknown source (cameraman ?)   after the first report Buddy Walthers ran from the Dallas Sheriff's Office across Houston and Elm towards the Grassy Knoll area and into the railroad yard, back to the infield where Allen and Murray took their famos pictures of the alleged bullet mark at the manhole cover. Then he went back to the TSBD and met some " Allen Sweatt, Chief Criminal Deputy of the Dallas Sheriff's Office and immediately escorted 5 witnesses to the shooting which he turned over to me !" Has anybody a picture of Allen Sweatt.
