I don't know who he is Gerry, but you have posted a great clip. Your clip also shows, to the left of your guys shoulder, the guy who some screwballs claim is George Bush. It clearly isn't Bush.

great photo work as the photo has been cleared up, it does not look like GHW Bush #41 to me.
