The latest story is that it was a fire fight and no US troops were injured. Strange fire fight that no US forces were injured. Maybe they don't want the bad publicity of a drone missile being launched against a mansion in Pakistan near the capital. Supposedly they have done two DNA tests to confirm it is bin Laden's body. So I don't think the fire fight would have been today. Maybe several days ago.

Kudos to the CIA, U.S. Joint Special Ops Command and the Navy SEALS for their efforts today and over the past several months in preparation for this operation. In this case, the phrase "Mission Accomplished" cannot be questioned!

CNN reports that Obama gave the order on Friday morning. I still doubt that could do the DNA in an hour tonight.

bin laden was traveling east on elm when a sniper from the grassy knoll shot bin laden, but some say he was shot from a building from behind, he fell back and to the left and his beard fell off, CT's believe he was poisoned by an umbrella man that was waving at him as his pakastanian guards waved back. LN's said it was lone sniper that shot bin laden and his asst al queda leader, both were shot by a single bullet. the camels were travelling about 8-12 miles per hour

One report said that one of the US helicopters was shot down during the assault.

Anthony, on the market now are home DNA paternity tests that give 99.99% accurate results overnight. And, there is a firm that is about to introduce an on-the-spot DNA test for law enforcement purposes. It has come a long way in just a few years, what used to cost 1000s and take a few weeks now costs less than $100 and can be read in less than 24 hours.

Anyway, Kudos to Obama. Democratic Presidents are so much better than Republicans, for some reason.
Obama ordered the killing of Osama. Did Hussein have any input in the hanging of Hussein? I preferred the US when it was ruled by people with names like Kennedy. It was less confusing.
