I have put together a small video, a teaser. About the photos Jim Murray took of the assassination aftermath in DP. I applied some 3D effects to them and i am planning to make  a longer video with all the pictures by Murray. I have ordered Richard Trask's "THat Day In Dallas" and i think it is worth a buy. If anybody can provide me with more infos about the timeline of the Murray photos i would appreciate this a lot. Or if anybody knows where i can find any other photo of Murray himself online.

here is the vid, it is just a teaser, nothing completely finished

There was allegedly found a pool of blood somewhere in DP, I think near the bench. One reporter even tasted the fluid and said it was blood. That pool of blood ? Everybody I think would want to see those photos. If the story is true the reporter was told by the FBI not to talk about this blood pool and forget about it. This reporter I believe even took pictures of it.

Yes, the images were confiscated.  After the attempted assassination of Regan, a federal
law was created allowing officials too confiscated any images/films pertaining to this subject.
Yes, I do believe based on the audio evidence, doctor's statement and one image of an second
shooter.

Was the blood found that of a child's cut from a bottle?

John,

The attempt on Reagan's life was about 20 years after JFK, that is if you mean pres Reagan ? :)
It is not the first time I have read about your vast collection of documents, photos and films on this forum. I am amazed every time you posted an image from your collection. If you ever decide to publish them in any form, book, dvd.. etc let us know !!

The coke bottle story was brought up by Sitzman I believe, there was a young black couple sitting on the bench behind the retaining wall, having a sandwich and something to drink. When the shots rang out Sitzman heard the sound of glass smashed to the ground. I think that is the story .... ?

It could well be that somebody cut his hand whhen picking up the glass. The Darnell (?) film shows that area behind the retaining wall and we see a large dark spot on the ground. If that was blood that person must have been bleeding heavily.
I heard that the actual pool of blood the reporters found and tasted was near the Elm street extension, on the walkway about where we see "Shadow Man" in the Bothun photo ?

Where do you locate the "pool of blood" ? Near the bench ?

John,
Sherriff Boone in his WC testimony said that he ran towards the knoll when the assassination occured and confisticated some photo and/or film cameras. Do you know anything about that ?

thanks a lot, Robin  gimme5xx

Gerda,

In a personal message you asked me to point out all of the Rambler station wagons I've spotted.  Well, on page 494 of Picture of the Pain you can see two of them.  The Murray Photo 2 shows one at the farthest left in the mid-background, and the Murray Photo 3 shows another at the farthest right in the more distant background.  The latter one is the same one, with its headlights on and a Long Coat Man walking close to it, that I've been trying to tell everyone about.  It's visible in clip of the Hughes film which shows Tan Jacket Man handing something off to Blue Coat man.

Thank you, Robin Unger, for posting those pages from POTP!
