If you believe this photo is a fake, so be it. I don't.
More than any possible debate we could have, this photo shows clearly that most of the occipital bone is intact-no blowout exit wound. Yet it is easy to see how the staff at Parkland would describe a wound to the right rear of the head, especially if Jackie closed up the big hole at his temple and above his ear simply by folding the skull flaps closed. I have taken the liberty of putting a few labels in place as this can be a bit confusing, as to what one is looking at. I think the half round shaped hole in about the center of the back of his head, along the line outlined in green, is curious, and I have to wonder if this is the entrance hole (or half of it with the rest being blown forward and out).
Deep in his cranium you can see what appears to be skull fragments, along the back side of the orbit and frontal bones, which strongly supports  a shot from the rear going forward, but there is little or no evidence of a rear exiting bullet would here. The brain has been removed for the purposes of this autopsy photo.

After all... We are not Communists.

Looks like a differing wound than what was shown in the other autopsy photos. Than  again, that is only possible based off the orientation of the film. Most people believe what you label as Occipital bone is actually JFK's forehead, and the scalp has been pulled down. THAT would show no 'exit in the right rear', but the orientation you are presenting shows a way different wound than the pictures taken of the rear of JFK's head in other autopsy photos.

Commander Humes testified that intact bone completely surrounded the oval entry hole in the skull.  Further that “half round shaped hole” is an elliptical arc with  beveling on the outer table of the skull. These feature identify the shape as an exit wound.
