Hughes Parking-Lot Man in Bell Film?  (Read 5372 times)

It's a month since Gerry Dark's enviably sharp eye picked out a figure in the Bell film who resembles this guy in Hughes, who has been intriguing me for some time:

This is Gerry's man in Bell:

Does anyone anywhere have a clearer version of these Bell frames? I'm most anxious to study this figure further.

Many thanks,

Sean

Gerry Dark does have an exceptional eye.  I hope that still frames become available.  I would like to study this guy myself

It appears the man might be holding something in his left hand in the second video.  Perhaps we could get these stills and zoom in on this person,  see if we can get a larger view of his face and what he might be holding in his left hand.  Excellent eyes indeed Gerry! thumbs1xx

Sean,

thanks for picking up on my animation !

The frames i was using for the animation in your post were frames from Groden's DVD "JFK Assassination Films - The Case For Conspiracy" (2003)

I found the Bell sequence with the supposed "Light Tan jacket Man" on another DVD, "Oswald's Ghost", the frames look much better than the ones by Groden.

I extracted the frames and left them as they are, i only cropped the resolution from 720x360 to 360x180 to reduce the size of the file (632 Kb)

The other file in the original resolution (720x360) would be about 2 MB

Is it just me or does the bottom of the jacket bunch up differently in Bell?

difficult to say as we don't see much of the lower part of his jacket in Bell, the motion blur also eats up some of the sharp edges in Bell.
Here is a comparison :

just ask if i can help, i start to enjoy making these animations.

Maybe I'm just too CT but it looks as though the Hughes carpark man bumps shoulders with the latino in the navy blazer as he is turning back toward the camera.  It's like he is passing something to him.  The man in the navy jacket has very wavy hair, reminds me a bit of Frank Sturgis.

The man in the tan coat appears to have something cupped in his hand as he passes in fron of the other man.

Wes,

i am not 100 sure but to me the hand looks empty, his arm is bent whilst the other man's arm hangs straight down, hard to tell what happens when the view is blocked by the man with glasses.

The man in the blue suit and Frank Sturgis seem to share the same haircolor - jet black wavely hair - and pomade but to me he looks too young and narrow-shoulderd while Sturgis is a hulk of a man with broad shoulders.
