Why is it in frame 132 there are the motorcycles driving around the corner and then in frame 133 the motorcade and the Presidential limo are suddenly there around the corner. I believe each frame was recorded every 1/18th of a second. The motorcade did not travel twenty yards in 1/18th of a second. I am sure this has already been discussed but I am curious.
Because Zapruder turned his camera off and then turned it back on several seconds later. His camera could only film for under a minute before running out of film. He started filming when he saw a motorcycle come around the corner. But as soon as he realized the president's limousine was not in sight, he turned off his camera. The last frame was z132. After the limousine turned down Elm Street and Zapruder was certain that was the presidential limousine, he turned his camera back on. The first frame on this sequence was z133. He kept the camera on until z486. So the film is in two parts: z001-z132 z133-z486
