Gerry,

Assuming that the question in your YouTube video isn't rhetorical, the close-up picture of the DCM and the Umbrella Man sitting on the curb was taken from a photograph by Life cameraman Arthur Rickerby. This is described on p.173 of Richard Trask's Pictures of the Pain. The full photo is in the gallery section of this forum.

If you knew this all along, and were simply posing a question to the viewers of your video, sorry about that!

Best,

Greg

Greg,

thank you for the info, in my  1st YT video i was referring to the film footage (see posting #1) and the cameraman who shot the footage. Gary Mack says that the knoll footage was shot by A. J. L’Hoste of WFAA-TV. Maybe i should have made that more clear in my vid, sorry for the confusion.

Do you believe the man crossing the infield grass is the so called DCM ?

best wishes,
Gerry

Robin,

great extracts from the DCM/knoll footage, and also  thumbs1xx for the find of Sitzman in the other thread.

I've always wondered if these two were DCM & TUM.

the man to the left looks very much like DCM, Duncan, not so sure about the other dude.

as we go along DCM seems to become the most photographed person in Dealey Plaza

It's not Alyea. It's either Couch or L'Hoste.

thanks a lot for the animation, Rick ! perfectly stable and smooth, great work  thumbs1xx

Ian,

good observation. the older looking woman to her right also turns around, appears as if they react to something. it looks as if the running man is holding a cellphone to his ear... no wait  sheeshxx cell phones weren't invented yet, maybe he is shouting or just tabs his forehead in the light of what just has happened. I also think he is not running straight towards the two women but more in the direction of where alleged DCM is heading.

can anybody confirm who shot this footage ? I pm'd Gary Mack but i'm not sure if he got my pm. Is it Alyea, wasn't Hughes not also filming from this position, bvut he had a color cam  ?

i've put together another video. In it there is a short clip where a police car is seen driving down Elm St, in the background i believe we can see DCM facing the knoll.

There's something seriously wrong with his legs or ankles, like they were broken and didn't mend correctly.  Check out his left ankle as he's walking up the grassy knoll.  When he's walking across the "infield" between Elm and Main, check out how much he spays both of his feet out,  He seems to be favoring his left leg more than his right.  Maybe his nickname/war name was  "Gator", like Tosh Plumlee said, and he had a real bad run in with the real thing.  Is he missing any fingers?

I suppose another aother possibility is that he was tortured in prison somewhere.  (Cuba?)

Thomas, Some people feel that dark complexion man DCM is Orlando Bosch. It is thought that he had a bad infection that was left untreated which caused a limp.  Wes

Nice work Rick hugsxx

There was a second TUM seen in Willis running in the center field.

The last know image of TA inside the plaza would be the one taken
by towner.
