I have a technical question about how this board operates. I just started noticing Infolinks popping up.
Is that only for my brower, Firefox, or does everyone using whatever browser see them?
Who implemented them and why? Is their only purpose to make money for the Web site owner?
And how does the software know which Google ads to pop up? We discuss JFK so the JFK airport ad pops up. That makes sense.
But when we discuss the Magic Bullet Theory the Magic Bullet kitchen appliance pops up. That makes no sense.
It's like when you type in some swear words into Google and Amazon.com always pops up with "get the lowest prices on F**KING."
Can we skew what pops up by using key words? Can I trigger a picture of Emma Watson to pop up by saying, "Do you think that Emma Watson looks like Caroline Kennedy?"
