IF the WC was interested in the truth why in the heck were JBC's clothes laundered before they could be viewed for valuable forensic evidence?

How in the world can anyone explain this away when it violated all the rules of evidence gathering?

odd isn't it.
what evidence would get lost if you wash the clothing ? metal fragments ? the holes would not go away from washing, would they ?!

Good question, and I don't claim to be a forensic expert, but I would guess things like lead particles, gun powder residue, blood, tissue maybe, etc... would be helpful.  Also I'm guessing the cleaning process could shrink or alter the holes in the clothes too and these would be the best way to confirm the wounds you see on the body.

Perhaps more qualified or knowledgeable folks can enlighten us.

Gun powder residue?? Is this a driver did it theory?
The tip of the gun would need to be only a couple of inches away. The partition would prevent that.
Blood, tissue, not important.

That is what Frazier said too before he tampered with evidence and wiped blood and tissue off of the fragments found in the limo.  NO this is not a "driver did it" theory Tony as there is gunpowder in the shell cases that fire/propel the bullet and some of this residue can matte to the bullet.

Furthermore, the clothing fibers can be matched to those on the bullet or fragments and I believe they conducted this type of test in 2000 on the limo fragments.  This would allow them to say "Yes this bullet went through this jacket" or not.

Well, this is a theory I've never heard anyone advance before. I suppose you could find primer residue and gunpowder residue on the base of a freshly fired bullet.
But what exactly do you think it would tell you. Would it tell you exactly which cartridge it came from? They already knew the brand of the bullet and they found three empty cartridges.
Why does it make any difference which of the three cartridges held which bullet?

There were no clothing fibers on the bullet or fragments.

LOL!! That is the whole point!  Unless someone is NAKED there should be clothing striations and fibers on the bullet/fragments!  There is NO excuse for not testing his clothes.

Should be? No, only in your imagination. In real life that is not an absolute rule.

You are full of it Tony, and a waste of time.  IF the WC was interested in the truth this would have happened.  IF it was "NO big deal" as you claim then why all the subterfuge over the years?

Simple denial is the tool of LNers and it is not worth the time to rebut it .

All you are doing is guessing and telling us what you think SHOULD have happened. You don't know for a fact that it MUST happen and you can't cite any proof that it always happens.
The WC was not even in business when the evidence was examined. The FBI handled almost all the evidence.

NO, all I did was ask a very valid question and you have done nothing but deny it happened or had any value.  Why is that?

I know who did what Tony so save the lectures, but the point is his clothes were NOT examined, why is that?  Can you explain this or will you continue to deny it is important?
