I'd be willing to bet that they didn't have any cell phone towers in 1928. Obviously, without a cell phone tower anywhere around, a cell phone would be useless. Interesting video though.

Exactly my thought Bill. I wonder what net he is using. Why didn't these time travellers use better talking devices?  Agreed, it pretty interesting.

obvisiously it wasn't a cellphone this person is holding to the ear, because of the lack of cp-towers in the twenties, very good observation Bill. Somebody who is capable of traveling back in time would use more sophisticated comunication hardware than what is available today. I suppose s/he is using a device that has not been invented yet ? This individual is defineatly a timetraveler. Shoes, hat and coat is at least one size too large, which is an indication for the thesis that people shrink while traveling in time. Question is who s/he is talking to ? Why would somebody travel back in time for such an unimportant event like a movie premiere ?! Makes no sense. My guess is that s/he was originally heading for Berlin, 1933 - the type of clothing indicates this, it is typical Berlin-30s-Style. My great grandmother wore similar clothing. In summary: my guess is that this individual was originally heading for 1933, Berlin, in order to assassinate Adolf "Fritze" Hitler. There was some glitch in the traveling matrix that put her back in time a few years too early and at the wrong place. Chaplin and Hitler had one thing in common: both wore the same funny beard. Fascinating record of a time traveler.
