Well, somebody did it.

Who's next ? Post who you think will be the next CT here to turn into an LN , I think at some point we have all been or leaned toward CT and after some studying came to the conclusion that the LN is correct in this thing so who's next to flip ?

I think Herb Blenner is going to flip pretty soon, he's a really sharp guy and I believe he will eventually realize where he should be on this thing.

CT's should post how close they are and what it would take for them to flip .

LN; So how did it happen then ?

CT; I don't know, I only know that it didn't happen the way the evidence says.

LN;  We should not use evidence in this case ?

CT; Correct.

What I have noticed from discussing the JFK case on various forums not strictly tailored for the JFK case is that the LN side is very appealing to people who want to appear to know what they are talking about, without actually doing any sort of reading on the subject.

It is very easy to take an intellectually superior stance by turning up and simply sneering at people who are genuinely interested in the case, labelling them crackpots etc.

What I have seen on the actual JFK boards is that there are a few LNers genuinely interested in the case who take apart and effectively beat down some off the wall CTers bizarre theories, but for the most part, most LNers I have spoken to have been completely ignorant bores.

This is a funny post considering just about every nut on this board refuses to ack that Oswald shot Tippit despite numerous eye witnsses. IF that doesn't make someone an ignorant bore what does?

I think you have to be ignorant if you just accept what you are told, and blindly dismiss the valid and plausible reasons why people take issue with some of the purported facts concerning eye witness testimony. I am unsure as to the truth of the Tippit slaying, which is why I am interested.

Apparently, you take all eye witnesses on their word. Considering in this case, the amount of eye witnesses that have conflicting variations as to what happened that day, this must leave you a very confused person.

This posted obviously considers reading on the subject, reading every silly conspiracy book that comes our way. Basica facts be damned.

Brian, I have read practically zero conspiracy books. What is interesting is reading a good debate with people who know the evidence arguing the points, it helps for a much clearer indication as to the truth than simply regurgitating others opinions you have gleaned from numerous sources in conspiracy books (or from one man named Macadams website).

Cheers.

I posted a reply to Walker yesterday regarding the witnesses to the Tippit slaying and the problems with the line-ups.  There is nothing forthcoming concerning why anything I said is, in his opinion, wrong.

He simply believes what he believes.  In doing so he has to ignore all the problems I raised.  There is no rebuttal, simply silence.  There is hardly a debate in sight.  Unless you want to argue from now till kingdom come about bullet trajectories.

Then I believe we may have reached a further understanding on the situation.  thumbs1xx
Like I said, it paints a clearer picture of the events when you read people who have a clear and indepth knowledge of the evidence debating the topic.

Still, I believe we should give Brian a chance to respond, (or atleast time to do some search on the LNer wikipedia site: Macadams) and see what kind of arguement he can put up.

I'd be interested in seeing this 'debate' (see ass whooping), which thread was it on Lee?  thumbs1xx

 rofl

I've been using this site for a couple of months now, and it is pretty much nailed on that that a new batch of people (the likes of Barry, who is a newbie I believe) will be arguing the same points with the same resident SBT defenders the next month, and the next, ad infinitum.

I know I shouldn't have been dragged into it, and I feel pretty embarrassed (curse you Brian  rofl).

I think it is one debate I have to bow out of, just for the sake of my sanity.

Cheers.

Jerry,

QUOTE ON

In 1979, just months after the 'HSCA Report' was printed, Steve Barber (once a crony of Groden's) discovered the telltale phrase "Hold everything secure" at the point on the tape where the shots were claimed to have been fired (the words were spoken a minute after the assassination!). In 1982, the Ramsey Report determined the same thing.

QUOTE OFF

As a personal friend of Steve Barbers for the last 30 years, and having been with him through his the discovery of the "Hold everything secure", let me assure you that Steve was never a "crony" of Groden's.

Gary Mack Has sent me pm's with information and to set me straight on points of evidence and  where to find them and from what I can deduce is he is Witty ,Intelligent and taking care of the family.
I do not believe he has switched but only his retirement from his present job will offer the answer.

Some things we know we know, the rest we have to find out for ourselves

One of the first things we found out was that the Warren Commission never pursued a conspiracy investigation.
