If Oswald was out on the street at the time of the assassination, why wouldn't he have just said this? He was detained by the Dallas Police for almost 2 full days and yet he never, not even once, claimed that he was out on the street when the assassination occurred. Surely, claiming that he was out on the street would have went a long way in proving his innocense in the murder.

 i'd say this guy looks very similar to Oswald. His posture gives away that he has got hanging shoulders just like Oswald. Though Oswald had stronger eyebrows, and this man appears to be blonde. But the shape of his face and the hairline fits quite well.

IMO he looks a bit like him, but its not him. The nose is all wrong, very short compared to his.I see other issues too.

I agree. Oswald's hair also seems darker than the man in the picture's hair. It's not Oswald.

What theory....All I asked is this Oswald...plain and simple....
"My answer is NO, that is not Oswald" I believe he did answer that and give evidence. Are you threatened by real evidence?
