They did it! You know they did!

While I spend my middle years reading threads on here and reading stuff on other websites,  I do find myself in need of a laugh and so I put it to you, CTs and LNs: What makes you laugh?  I offer for your consideration, Morecambe and Wise, from the early 70s with Andrew Preview, erm, Andre Previn.  Sense of humour doesn't always cross national boundaries but I feel sure you'll all enjoy this.  Andre Previn (as we say in England, erm and Scotland) played a blinder! Brilliant.

What's your cup of tea?

Mike Williams makes me laugh when he gets his foot stuck in his mouth but he is so quick you almost miss it .

The most important thing about comedy is............................

Firstly, Gerda?  I swear I posted a reply with regard to the Dutch/German languages this morning but it seems to have vanished into cyber space!  (Don't worry Duncan, it'll have been my fault.)
Andreas, of course Monty Python!  Great!
Paul, Jackie Gleason = Buford T. Justice - hilarious.  "You are not from my loins.  When I get home, I'm gonna punch your mama straight in the mouth." or words to that effect?    rofl

None of you may ever talk to me again, but I love Tom Green! He is seriously funny.

Also Buster Keaton and The Mighty Boosh.

Never heard of Dennis Miller either. As for Tom Green you could type 'The Bum Bum Song' into youtube search. Or maybe not......

The Tokyo Subway Monkey Hour is pretty funny tho.

thanks for posting this, David !

i have a weakness for the good old heroes from the silent age, and Buster Keaton certainly is one of them.

Harold LLoyd is unforgotten. Remeber that they performed all the stunts by themselves in those days - amazing !
