"Google Earth-ing" a photo  (Read 480 times)

Is there any way to take a photo and do what Google Earth does to landscapes - create the ability to move around the image in a three dimensional way? Granted, Google Earth isn't truly 3D, except with the urban buildings they've plotted that way.

But even with the limited data in a 2D photo, there must be some way to make it possible to move across its plane?

Like this video - but less expense??

Mark,

There is a program called "Pano2VR".

Mac, Windows and Linux versions.

I believe you can download a beta version and it will apply a watermark to the saved file.
