Register or LoginTimed with a stopwatch, I get these results. First sound at 0. Second at 2.2 seconds. Third at 7.8 seconds. Last at 8.8 seconds. If you compare the individual time difference between shots 2/3 and 2/4 to the previously supplied D.B. Thomas document, sounds 2,3 and 4 work well. The first sound comparison is off by approx 7/10 of a second. chris

The survey notes as well as survey plats indicate 4+95 as what was actually surveyed in.

View of the curb mark just before the steps. WC document 875 stating the last shot at 4 feet before 5+00 mark, which would actually be within a foot of the 4+95 mark labeled by Tom. As a guest, you are not allowed to view links.
Register or Loginchris The 4-foot estimate is what was given by the SS in their written report. What was surveyed in, during the SS re-enactment of December 63, as well as the FBI re-enactment of 2/7/64, was survey stationing 4+95. Of course, I personally would neither believe nor accept that statement unless some form of proof were provided! Tom
