Wouldn't of there been obstruction for a sixth floor sniper at the moment of the head shot by the follow up car with the secret service standing up and the president slumping sideways.........and to the left.........Obviously this image is seconds before the headshot....at the time of headshot the presidents left shoulders were behind the backseat...........

Ever wondered why the reconstructions didn't include the follow-up car? If they didn't obstruct, I cannot believe they would help a shooter...

Didn't they use the follow up car (a Cadillac) in the reinactment in place of the
Lincoln Limo? I suppose a limo is a limo.

This is a Warren Commission Document Photo (Secret Service Reenactment photo).  It shows the car sitting at the location of the 3rd shot (or at least close enough for my point to be made).  To me, it is perfectly clear that the Secret Service agents in the Queen Mary would not have blocked the line of sight.

This is absolutely true here what you say Bill. Even the motocycle officers flanking the right side of the SS-100-X are not in the way at
Z#313. There is not really much gap between Chaney's head and the target but enough to stay "free way" even with a considerable +/- tolerance.

Thanks Martin, you're response is the one that I was concerned with (as I respect your opinion) as far as being accurate in what I was saying and the photo that I was showing.

Don't get frustrated, Martin (I'm referring to the Nix parking lot second car/McIntire photo threads).  You're one of the most cherished members here (maybe the most cherished?).  This forum definitely needs you.

I agree with you Bill and Martin. It's something I had never
really considered before. But a shooter from that window
with the limo being were it was would have had no obstructions
with those following behind in the SS car.

I think the better question is whether the agents blocked a shot from the Dal-Tex. It seems to me that a shooter on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the Dal-Tex would have the agents blocking most of their view to the president.
