Could this be the same guy with his hat off in the carpark?

i would say no he is not.

- carpark dude looks younger
- his lips appear to be fuller
- the edging of his glasses appear to be different
- no hat, why would he take off his hat whilst walking the carpark ?
- he looks innocent
- his chin is pointy, the chin of the alleged Brading is angular shaped.
- his ears are smaller and more round
- his ears stick out, Brading's don't
- carpark dude's collar is wider, Brading's is close-fitting

A small minority would be, say, 2 or 3 to oppose a large majority of 11.

But, a minority of 7 opposing a majority of 11 is a large minority which has weight,

especially if you posit that most of the majority of 11 were LNers who would deny

that water was wet if that would save their asinine LN delusion from imploding.

Robin,

Did the book indicate who identified this man as Braden?

Thanks,
Mark V.

WCD 385, p. 16: "Approximately 10 minutes <after the shots>, a white male, age 30 to 35, attired in a light colored overcoat and a light colored felt hat, entered the Dallas-Tex Building by the freight entrance and asked to use the telephone in the building. SHARPER related that there was a pay phone on the 3rd floor and used the freight elevator to carry this man to the 3rd floor where he left him.

After SHARPER had made several trips in the elevator, he returned to the 3rd floor and picked up the same man returning him in the elevator to the 1st floor. He explained about 7 minutes elapsed between the time he left this man on the 3rd floor and the time that he picked him up.

As the man was leaving the building, SHARPER advised a police officer, who was by the building, that this particular man had been in the building and did not belong in the building. He stated that this man then voluntarily departed with the police officer for questioning."
