Well, somebody did it.

Gary Mack confirmed that the Sante Fe building was the building that Braden describes as the federal Building , so that map should be fairly accurate.

LN; So how did it happen then ?

CT; I don't know, I only know that it didn't happen the way the evidence says.

LN;  We should not use evidence in this case ?

CT; Correct.

"Noyes based the Braden identification as the man in the DP photos on Lummie Lewis' saying that the man he arrested was the man in the photo." -- Scull
The citation is Noyes' Legacy of Doubt, which is central in the canon.

I seem to be a little late, nevertheless, I don't see any resemblance, besides, wouldn't Braden have been arrested earlier than this.  Conversely, Mr. x does seem to be involved somehow, and diabolically observing the situation with Brhem.

An astute observer. There is scant resemblance, but it seems just enough to fool a minority, as witnessed by the poll numbers on this very thread. Even Gary Mack gets it wrong on this one.

Sizable and numerous minority...

Oh my God, that sounds positively Nixonian. Or at the very least, a Karl Rove-type of modified limited hangout.  clapxx

Duncan,

I think the sunglasses/hat/non-Braden guy looks older.

But he's a better match to that young guy than he is to Braden, that much is a lead pipe cinch.

edited to save thread space. you're welcome.

I agree Mark, thats not the man.

This man was most likely an innocent bystander.

A small minority would be, say, 2 or 3 to oppose a large majority of 11.

But, a minority of 7 opposing a minority of 11 a large minority which has weight,

especially if you posit that most of the majority of 11 were LNers who would deny

that water was wet if that would save their asinine LN delusion from imploding.

Only you could claim that "utter defeat" somehow means "victory." Reminds me of Humpty Dumpty's quote from "Alice in Wonderland:"

"When I use a word," Humpty Dumpty said, in a rather scornful tone, "it means just what I choose it to mean - neither more nor less."

Thank you Martin. This is one of those JFK myths that erupts from time to time. I would love to see it put to sleep once and for all, but I fear it will keep rising like a vampire.
