Here's some observations I have on these photos which I think are the most revealing taken in Dealey Plaza.
(1) I see 2 men, although very small, in position for the fatal shot at the junction of the Triple overpass and the Wooden Fence.
This is also where the liftable grate to the drainage system is and where a Dallas policeman ran after the shots.
(2) The space between the Umbrella Man and the Dark complected man seems to mark the area of the first shot from the knoll.
The shooter may be "Black Dog Man" with a "silent shot" awaiting the sound of the "loud shot" from behind .
(3) To the left of Zapruders knee you can see "Railroad Worker man" and others behind the fence.
(4) Above the second "M" in the Stemmons Freeway sign above the bushes I see the head of a man with a hat looking very
much like the Tramp often thought to be E Howard Hunt.
Nothing beats having the issue of Life "Last Seconds of the Motorcade" and a magnifing glass to observe these in detail.
The Betzner photo is sharper in detail than the more published Willis photo. I would like to hear what everybody has to say.

The supposed three hobos or tramps arrest records were not publicly released until the Dallas City Council voted to release all city records having to do with the assassination on January 27, 1992. That's almost 30 years after the fact. This one reeks worse than Louis Witt saying that he was the real Umbrella Man smokexx *** Note: These three arrest reports were all made by the same arresting police officer, yet look at the style of handwriting on ALL three

I'd wager that a graphologist would tell you the handwriting was done by the same hand. Gedney, Doyle, Abrams discussed at length in La Fontaines's 'Oswald Talked'. The book might be a mile out in places, but they're probably bang on with this.

Why does W.S. Chambers, the arresting officer who filed these reports, state: "these men" in every report detail area....when he's writing up a report for each tramp individually? Kinda makes you feel whoever did write these, is bringing special attention to the "group".....as if they already knew these individuals would be highly scrutinized "someday" in the future, doesn't it? Kind of like after the fact?

Kinda makes you feel whoever did write these, is bringing special attention to the "group"..... Possibly, but i'd like to think of it more along the lines of the guy just being thorough. Mind you, it would be a minority example.
