That last one you posted Rob, strange the way it's framed. Has to be a crop & maybe taken from a press bus. That's my guess. Anyway. Obviously we have Jackson there as it say's in POTP(& looking clueless), Dillard in front of him going out of his way to get another good shot, Darnell in brown suit with his back to us, Couch in a dark suit is missing. So that leaves one darkish rain coat there in front of Darnell. Has to be Underwood. Looks like a suit from that CC1 photo you posted but not so much in a HQ version of same. Skaggs7. A man in what seems to be a long dark coat at the bottom of the stairs at the exact time we see people running up the steps in the Underwood footage. Darnell, busy. Dillard, busy. Underwood, flustered & busy. Coach busy. All busy taking footage & stills. Jackson... where were you!? Do we have even one clear image from him taken on the 22nd?

Alan. I think this is Underwood seen in Bell. He seems to be standing still as people run past him. ? The guy on the far right in the brown suit standing near Brehm, appears to be Darnell ? That last one you posted Rob, strange the way it's framed. Has to be a crop I agree that shot seems to be a tight Crop. As you say, possible from a bus, the camera POV does seem to be up above the press car.

Robin, just IMO mind you but I think if anything, Darnell is ahead of Underwood hunting the "action shots", not hanging around behind him listening to what people are "saying" & which he can't record. Obviously a lil' guess work is involved in the above but it doesn't look much like Darnell next to Brehm at that time tbh. Below: @4:49 - 4:52 that's Darnell, young, brown suit & hair-cut close at the back. And @4:58 looks like a gathering of Darnell, Underwood & others. Underwood in Bell too yes :) We all need reminding on occasions, far too much to remember. Underwood may even have caught D' running up the steps ahead of him @4:21 above

Thanks Alan. Yeh, you could be right. Hard to tell with these degraded frames: In the Bell frame below, i beleive that the woman seen holding the hands of the boy in blue and the boy to her right, is the same woman seen in Lee Forman's Rickerby Scan. Note in Bell, how they are walking towards the motorcycle, which can be seen just to there right in the Rickerby scan Robin.

Martin. I am still trying to work out who this man with a camera is ( Old man with hat ) Robin, I am almost certain that man is Sany Sanderson of KRLD/CBS. It is definitely NOT Don Cook. Todd

Thanks Duncan.
The old guy with the hat certainly seems to be in the correct spot to match the cook film.
I'm not sure who the other photographer with the long coat is. what is the timeline of the film. ?
Guys, The old guy in the hat is most dertainly not Cook. Cook is much younger and appears standing in the TSBD doorway in some of the Murray photos. The photographer with the long coat is unkown to me and the image seems to be taken on Saturday or Sunday as there seem to be flowers on the ground. Todd Hi Todd. Would you mind pointing out Cook in Murray. (Doorway) TSBD Sure. Do you have Trask's That Day In Dallas?

If you have the BW film footage of JFK getting into the limousine at Love field taken from Jackie's side of the car (shot by Bob Welch of WBAP) you can see Cook filming from JFK's side of the car (along with Tom Craven).
